The manufacturer's warranty is 12 months from the moment the buyer receives the product.
Before shipping, all goods are carefully inspected and packaged. If a defective product is found, the return and replacement is carried out at the expense of the supplier.
When receiving an order from carriers, a persuasive request is to carefully inspect the goods. In case of detection of damage or violation of the integrity of the package, it is necessary to file a claim with the transport company-carrier.
The product can be returned within 14 days from the day of sale, in accordance with current legislation, if it has not been used:

no traces of installation attempts
without traces of any use, both as intended (attempted installation) and none
individual packaging of the bar without damage
for MDF plinth: PVC film has no external damage.
for hidden installation plinth: aluminum coating without traces of external influence
All shipping costs are paid by the buyer.
Products painted to an individual order and cut to the size specified by the buyer are not subject to return or exchange.
